The Crossing is THE stylish outdoor shopping complex in the middle of Christchurch’s CBD. It features some of the most influential domestic and international retailers from fashion, hospitality, beauty, grocery, financial & homewares. The Crossing came to us with an interesting challenge: how can we engage customers to visit Kettlewell Lane – one of the alleyways within the complex?

After a competitive pitch, we used some of the most important and relevant employees at Kettlewell Lane: their mannequins.
Following the lives of Gemma and Kate, who live and work in Kettlewell Lane, we were able to engage both new and existing audiences about the retailers on offer along the lane. A brave and positive concept for a brand that is always a step ahead.
