TwinNeedle, a brand passionate about outdoor equipment and focussed on sustainability, came to us with an interesting challenge: For some time, they had been concentrating on repairing and customising outdoor gear. Now, after years of fixing people’s problems, they want to grow and diversify their portfolio to produce more generalist outdoor equipment as well as keep their core audience engaged.

The Scoop
Working closely with TwinNeedle, TwoScoops ignited the process by having a Strategy Workshop with the brand team. Next, we created a solid set of Brand Guidelines establishing the mission, values and direction of the company, focusing on a clear and solid objective: to give an outstanding customer service while doing good for the planet.
This strategy now lives on their website, social media channels and visual content.
